"Reception Staff Caitlin was extremely help full. The room assigned to us was up 2 flights of stairs. This was not acceptable as we have a dog who needs have a walk at night. To ensure no mess in room. Caitlin found a ground floor room which was great. Cheryl the staff manager was very helpful when we went for breakfast. The hotel is a golf club excellent accommodation and very quite. Nearby there are some follies which I highly recommend for a visit."

"This is a very disappointing hotel that could be so much better. The large hole in the driveway should have warned us not to go further.After a long drive and a nice stroll around very pretty Ludlow we were looking forward to a well earned drink and a good meal.The odd looking hotel we had booked in appeared to offer all of these things. "Excellent food very comfortable stay for four nights. Friendly staff and superb real ale!"

"What was uppermost from our stay was the friendliness and warmth of every single member of staff we met. The room itself was very clean and all our needs were met. The breakfast was well cooked, made to personal preference of selected ingredients eg way eggs cooked and of good proportion. The property was also 10 mins at most walking distance from the town centre. I have no critisism of my stay here."
