"As a group of 3 female friends we flew to Jeddah for the weekend from the UAE. The hotel was approximately 15-20 mins drive from the airport and located across the road from Al Salaam Mall. We found the hotel and room to be lovely and clean with a nice but small indoor/outdoor pool. The service staff were very helpful and polite and nothing was too much trouble. "Everything was good staff service and rooms, expect a couple of things..... some of the facilities such as, the pedicure and manicure area needs updating with modern appliances and the pool areas need to be updated as well. Best part was the massage personnel, the massages, sauna and steam rooms were my highlight of the stay. I would say probably one the most cleanest and well maintained sweat rooms... I have ever utilized. "
