"Very slow check-in due to incompetent staff (and the lack of a proper front desk). Spacious and quiet room, but just OK for the price. No black-out curtains. Cockroaches in the bathroom. Lift does not work. Remote area far from everything. No beach on premises. Bare amenities (just 2 small bars of soap). No hot water."

"We enjoyed eveything about the property. Beautiful hotel, spacious rooms, beautiful grounds, professional staff, great food, both at the specialty restaurants and buffet. Beach was the only thing we could not give it a 10. Eveything else about the hotel was a 10."
