"My room had a problem with the hot small fridge and the toilet fluh. This was fixed in next 30 minutes. If you have a room on west side of the hotel, when you have a look thru the window it's all a mess as it's a landfill with a lot of trash bags 🎒 which is not the really Hampton by Hilton Standard as I know."

I understand what people were saying by “rundown”, but I would only say that applies to the hallways, which really shouldn’t matter. Other than that, everything else was so clean, up to date, and just perfect! The all inclusive included food, drinks, activities, and so much more! Just so perfect and will DEFINITELY be back!!! "

"Was the best hidden gem I ever found in boca chica! I live here in the DR single mom with two kids & go to Boca chica a lot but typically favor ocean front because .. kids but holiday every was booked and I found this hotel! The beach I always go to is seriously just a 2 min walk. Easy with a stroller and STAFF “chef kisses” the rooms massive &&& best part HOT HOT WATER ! Can’t wait to return! Thank you all so much "

"Property is clean and walking distance to the beach. The room is basic but comfortable, with air conditioning, cable tv, table and chairs. Breakfast was great and filling with eggs, ham, potatoes, bread made to order. Staff and other guest are very friendly. Arrived at night and hotel was a little hard to find because of small signage. Check-in was easy."

The beach was okay. I definitely recommend doing the excursion to saona beach. If you’re thinking on going to vacation with your kids don’t doubt it, everything was super clean and save."
