"Great stay"

"Very clean room and good location."

"The room was not very clean. The sink leaked into the wastebasket the whole time I was there. Told them the 2nd day. Was there a week. Staff was nice and friendly. Just seemed like they needed more help. Have stayed there several time and never any issues that weren't addressed."

"Great location"

"Spacious, good value, loved the soaking pools"

"I nominate the Prospector Motel for the dirtiest, most disgusting hotel/motel in Colorado."

"Very unique property. They made us feel like family."

"Great property and an excellent location for a Silverton stay!! Enjoyed the spacious room too!"

"Beautiful place with wonderful hosts."

"We loved everything about the stay! The owners were super super friendly and helpful. The cabin and grounds were clean. We killed a few spiders, one being a black widow. Spiders are expected everywhere. Just something for owners ro be aware of. We loved the fire pit, swings, games, grill access. Al around we give this place 5 stars!"

"Great stay, beautiful detached private house with no stairs on one level. Grand views of lake, trees, and mountains. Private and very quiet. Nice host who, on request, oriented us to the place and local attractions. Spacious and comfortable. Appliances like new: Full fridge, range/oven with over the range microwave, large high efficiency washer & dryer. Large closet. New walk-in shower with good pressure. All wood floors and cabinets. Notice the lovely painting in the bathroom by the host....

"It was very clean well kept everyone was nice i will be back. "
