"A very hospitable hotel"

"The staff were so friendly and attentive. We stayed three different nights during our 10 days in Rwanda and they remembered us, gave us the room we liked best, did our laundry (for a cost) but kept it for us until we returned. The food was delicious and a varied menu. The shower was hot and had pressure. The air conditioning worked well. We would stay here again"

"Good comfortable stay. The hotel has a nice location (near embassies, President's office and the UN) but being on the main road is a bit noisy. They can also improve their maintenance. But overall good for the price."

"The staff was very welcoming and friendly, I enjoyed the nice room with fridge. There was a gym there too which was great to use. The breakfast had a great variety and the boy running the omelet stand was so good at his job. Only problem was the restaurant in the evening. I ordered soup and waited over 1.5 hours for it... That was not good. "

"The property was not as advertised. The place appears a bit run-down and the rooms we stayed in had stained and partially broken toilet seats. We had to urgently make arrangements to secure alternative accommodation for our elderly mothers, which was extremely inconvenient. The hotel employee who was on duty was however very helpful and understanding, which we appreciated very well. He also contacted the hotel manager who was equally understanding and promised to process a refund for the room...

"They are currently shifting to the place across the street, so things are bit haphazard as they make the change. They did switch us to a different room when our key wasnt working. They also worked very hard to accomodate us in other ways. Overall good experience. "
