"I felt at home during my first few minutes at the 5 Swiss Hotel. The staff treated me like family and I will never forget all of the wonderful people I met. The dining options were fantastic, the breakfast buffet had everything you could want as some new things to try. Linda in guest relations goes out of her way to help make your stay extra special. "Do not stay here, total false advertisement. We went to Kigali for a conference and booked this hotel for the week, but This place is defined not a 4 star hotel. The rooms are old, disgusting and very old carpets and curtains, very poor lighting, not flat screen tv’s and barely working to non existent wifi. All of these advertised in their website. My bathroom had no shower curtain, so everytime I showered, the whole thing was flooded, and these are no tube with jets. Finally, my colleague...

"Thumbs up to the staff who were so helpful and courteous. If you're looking for an affordable, quiet and decent place to stay, i would definitely recommend staying here. The rooms have a bit of a safari feel to them; the floors can get cold, so i would suggest carrying/wearing slippers. Make sure to request one of the rooms in front of the pool, the view is lovely at night. Also if you're looking for a ride to get you around Kigali, ask for Alphonse. The washrooms are starting to age a bit, but...

"Good comfortable stay. The hotel has a nice location (near embassies, President's office and the UN) but being on the main road is a bit noisy. They can also improve their maintenance. But overall good for the price."
