"The hotel is ok, but definitely not a 4 star. Pro’s: Good location Con’s: The bed was uncomfortable. No enclosed shower, just an open tub, with dirty jets, taking a shower meant the water splashing everywhere. WiFi reception was terrible. Definitely not soundproof. Breakfast just ok. "

"The reception staff were really polite and helpful. The room was very clean and spacious, the bed comfortable. Breakfast is very good with lots of choice. The restaurant is reasonably priced for evening meals but the service is mediocre. The hotel lacks a proper bar, a glaring omission. There is a bus stop (Dorna) directly outside the hotel with a frequent service to Constanza. (Recommend weekly ticket)."

"A modern, well appointed room, and responsive staff. Near central location made sight-seeing easy. A good range of self serve breakfast options made a great start to the day. And the tour options offered were excellent."
