"WE WERE THERE FOR 3 DAYS FOR A BEACH WEDDING. WE HAD A 3RD FLOOR ROOM ON THE GOLF COURSE SIDE. SHADY ALL AFTERNOON ON OUR BALCONY!!! HAD FUN WITH THE GOLFERS AS WE COULD TELL THEM EXACTLY WHERE THEIR BALL WAS IN THE ROUGH!!!! AC WASN'T GREAT AND WE CALLED THE FRONT DESK AND SOMEONE WAS THERE WITHIN 5 MINUTES TO TAKE CARE OF IT. POOL AREA HAS TABLES, UMBRELLAS AND LOUNGE CHAIRS. VENICE RESTAURANT NEXT DOOR WAS FANTASTIC. A+ ALL AROUND."

"Last minute trip to Block Island and the Beach House did not disappoint. Great location, beautiful views and lovely clean room. Surf boards everywhere were a bonus. "

"Beautiful hotel with several indoor and outdoor seating areas. It is close to so many nice restaurants and shops. Room was clean and perfectly sized for 2 people. Our room (335) was facing the street but was still a very nice view. A water view room would have been amazing and we will opt for that on our return visit!"

"Room was small but it was a last minute booking on.busy weekend and the last room available. Great professional staff, comfortable beds and very clean/classy. Hotel convenient to everything to do in Newport. Will stay again!"
