"Staff are very helpful and courteous. Hotel is nearby upscale shopping mall with fantastic restaurants options. The front desk staff were very helpful accommodating special requests and went beyond to help me. The lobby staff were very kind to letting me know when my transportation arrived avoiding me to wait outside of the hotel for the arrival of the ride share pickup. Awesome staff all around. Mr Darius particularly was an outstanding service representative that really went above and beyond."

"An unforgettable stay. Myself and my wife were only there for two nights, so we did not get to experience all that it has to offer, but what we did experience was excellent. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is very good. Our room was comfortable and quiet, and we had a great view of the city. The grand foyer made such a big impression on me that I could not help but to stop and record a video of it. On top of this, out of the three top hotels we have stayed at in Makati, The Peninsula offered the best value for the price per night. We will be back again for our next stay in Makati."

"The place has great amenities including restaurants, golf course, pools, access to the beach, spa, and many more… The staff were all friendly and helpful. The shuttle ride to and from the main gate and many other places of the resort made it easy to get around. "

"Really nice place. My only complaint is that the music from the club on the 23 rd floor was loud enough to impact my sleep on the 19th floor. Come on guys - music until 3:15 AM? Are you running a Club or a premium Hotel? Any actual profit that you make from the club is going to be more than offset by the revenue you lose by not providing a quieter environment in the rest of the hotel "
