"Nothing opened at the weekend, no cafe, no restaurant, casino opens at 12pm, I wish I would have known this before booking. Otherwise an ok hotel for the price"

"Our greeting on arrival was poor. We felt like we were imposing. Apart from reception staff all others were super friendly and very helpful. Hotel needs some love. Our room was clean and bed very comfy. "

"I stay at this hotel about seven times a year. In a nice quiet area and in walking distance to the shopping mall where there is a New World grocery store and Harvey Norman. (8 minute walk) A few cafés and miscellaneous stores.(beauty salon, etc) Bus runs all day long till late evening to take you on the 7 mile journey up to City Centre Queenstown."

"Solo traveler: Ideal location - you're a 3 minute walk from everything downtown. The room is clean and everything on the property is well maintained and new. Would 100% stay here again. The walls aren't the thickest so you can hear noise in the hallway. I was lucky enough to be on an end so it was minimal but I could see that being an issue if you're by the drink machine but even this is a mild inconvenience."
