The best pet friendly place near the airport! Peter was very kind to us. He provided free water, late check out, a cat litter tray, dog toys and allowed us to store the dog cage in the lobby instead of bringing it to the room. Our room was very spacious, enough for two adults, three cats and two dogs. Absolutely exquisite boutique hotel in the heart of Bangkok. Wonderful service, delightful room and the best most comfortable bed and bedding I have slept in for over 60 years. Set in a beautiful courtyard with fish ponds and beautiful trees this hotel will not disappoint. Forget the big chains, this is the best stay I’ve ever had in any major city.

Very clean and tidy hotel. Very friendly staff. Big food court 5 minute walk away and 7/11. 10 minute grab to Central rama 9. Bed was a little to hard for me but hot used to it after a few nights

Have stayed 6 times now and am always very pleased with the hotel and staff. Excellent, friendly and helpful staff. A really good breakfast choice. My first choice hotel when I'm in Bangkok.

Of course there is a 7 eleve n right opposite the S115 Residence hotel , as well there is the Emperial Mall plaza by the BTS Sky Line Train 1 Stops only in samrong area ,over the Hotel have excellent staff from the reception to the cleaners all are friendly , Hotel room clean 2 bottles of Free water every day , excellent stay I enjoyed it thanks 🙏

ชอบที่ห้องพักใหม่และใหญ่ดีค่ะ แต่น้ำฝักบัวอ่อนมาก และหัวฉีดชำระที่ส้วมมีสนิมหรือเป็นคราบอะไรไม่รู้ดำๆค่ะ การเดินทางอาจจะไม่ค่อยสะดวกสำหรับคนไม่มีรถส่วนตัวค่ะ

The room was clean and comfortable but the hotel is in a touristy part of town so could be a little loud

Hotel was located right in the heart of Sukhumvit, all the hotel staff were fantastic, especially Pang! Pang was welcoming, kind went the extra mile to make our stay more comfortable. Would highly recommend this hotel
