"The staff were friendly and professional. I wish I could remember the woman at the front desk when we checked in. She was welcoming and helpful with dinner recommendations. She even call our room to check and make sure everything met our expectations. Breakfast was very good with plenty of options. Ramona went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Our room was very clean and spacious. The location convenient. We were able to walk to a delicious Mexican restaurant, Tacuba."

Also, accessible to the buses and train. There is on-site complimentary guest laundry (self service) that I used after my travel plans changed that made things a lot easier."
