"Our stay was great. We had breakfast however and that was way way below what we expected based on the cost of the property and how nice the hotel is. Breakfast was extremely cold and expensive which was disappointing."

Clean but they don’t like 3rd party booking.
"Room was clean but common areas are a little worn. No recycling basket in room. Reserved room though Hotels and they did the usual move and tried to drop us into a crummy first floor room with noise from the parking lot and inside foot traffic. I asked for and got a room on the 4th floor."

"Initial check in was chaotic. Had to go back to desk to get a room with king size bed, but was cheerfully corrected. I was not informed about $70 surcharge that was refunded to me after my stay. After initial check in, everything was great! Wait staff in restaurant were so friendly and efficient. ..."

"The hotel facilities were clean and spacious. The staff was very professional and friendly. We arrived early and we were accommodated. The harbor is right across the street, which was great. There is a restaurant on the premises and a coffee shop for morning coffee. There is an indoor pool, hot tub and gym. The only downside were the screaming kids running from the pool to the hot tub. "
