"We booked a deluxe room and there was NOTHING deluxe about it. The commode was not attached to the wall and banged against the wall every time you sat down or stood up. There were black smudge fingerprints on the ceiling. Per the description, we were going to get a couples massage but they no longer offer that. The WiFi was non existent in our room, it worked fine in the lobby but not a chance in our room. We had planned to order dinner in the room one evening, but their version of in room dining is snacks. There was no lunch or dinner menu available for in room dining. This was basically a fancy holiday inn. I expected much better. "

The nightstand plug didn't work unless the light was on. I didn't find that out until this morning when my phone battery was at 20%. The bed was comfortable other than not having blankets."
