"Your employee went out of her way to help make our stay comfortable. There was no chocolate chips for waffles and my ask the young lady doing the breakfast did they have any chocolate chips. She said no unfortunately they didn't but she went out of her way to make a chocolate mixture so that he could have a chocolate waffle. "We were dropping our son off for college and stayed at the Lynchburg Grand. It was nice and quiet. Staff was nice and everything was clean. There isn’t any housekeeping, so you will need to stop by for extra towels. As long as that doesn’t bother you, this is a great place to stay! "
