"A few minutes after I booked the reservation, I get a direct message from the hotel through the app saying unfortunately we can’t host you due to unforeseen circumstances. They asked me to cancel the reservation from my end which involves a long and tedious process. The intermediary app kept calling the hotel asking them to confirm that they are indeed asking me to cancel, and they denied it. They wasted a few hours of my life trying to get this refund and kept saying they didn’t email me asking...

"Great experience staying in this hotel. Excellent location, very near to restaurants and shopping area. We were lucky to have a beautiful view with a large balcony in front of the beach and freeway. The hotel breakfast was continental and we enjoyed the breakfast. The staff services are excellent throughout and they are very attentive. We are vey happy and much appreciated being served by them. Thank you very much! Will be back."
