There was a minor problem the suite we have supposed to have a king bed which it did and in the outer room sofa bed to sleep third person Later that night we realized that the sofa will not be a bed so we had to call front desk and have a portable bed delivered The ned was narrow and to say the least not comfi Early morning we left to airport for overseas flight So did we get assigned to a different suite Booking confirmation that suite slle 3 adult easy "

"Located on a small street overlooking Beirut-Jounieh highway, Hôtello is a furnished suites hotel, each suite has a bedroom, a sitting area with a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a small balcony, along with central air conditioning, daily cleaning and towels change. "The hotel was clean, beds were comfortable, and the Seaview from bedrooms was nice. My suite had two showers, one of them had a missing glass door which made it useless. when i told them about it, they just took pictures of it but they didn't fix it. Room service is not great, sometimes they will do what you ask in minutes and sometimes hours even for if it's just a bottle of water. Breakfast bar was so bad and poorly serviced."

"Great experience staying in this hotel. Excellent location, very near to restaurants and shopping area. We were lucky to have a beautiful view with a large balcony in front of the beach and freeway. The hotel breakfast was continental and we enjoyed the breakfast. The staff services are excellent throughout and they are very attentive. We are vey happy and much appreciated being served by them. Thank you very much! Will be back."
