I had a wonderful experience in Hotel Reviera . I recommend it to everyone . Staff members were very polite, clean and neat. Room service was excellent. The swimming pool was great! Prime location in Beirut. The sea view is beautiful.

The room clean looks like renovated which is very nice and clean and room service was very good most the staff were good and attentive to my needs they had hookah in their restaurant but not in the room even smoking in the room was aloud cleaning staff never met but they cleaned the room daily changed towels daily but I asked to put or exchange the mugs for coffee that were used with a fresher ones daily they only did it once. Stayed there for 3 nights Other than that I gave them 4 stars out five because of that. I’ll do stay there again

The stay was amazing! I loved the room and the pool club, it was perfect. My only issue was after I checked out, I got into my car to leave. A valet came over and said that I owe $7 for parking. I gave him $10 and waited over 10 minutes before I decided to go inside and see the front desk. I asked why parking wasn’t added to my bill upon checkout and why was I paying for valet when I self parked on the street? The front desk called parking to ask; parking stated that I refused to give my room number and that’s why I wasn’t charged, which was a lie. I spoke to a manager and got my $10 back. Do not let the parking staff rip you off!
