"We made a mistake when booking our reservation that we didn't know about until we arrived. Becca at the front desk was very helpful! She responded very kindly, offered a few suggestions and was able to make arrangements for us to stay in the same room for the duration of our stay. I cannot say enough good things about our interactions with her and her professionalism. Overall, our stay was great. We were in town for the game and took advantage of being within walking distance of different venues, stadiums and dining options. Being at the BW during game day is a fun experience-- from the lobby deocorations to fans' team spirit-- it' can't be beat! Thank you Becca and BW team for making it a great stay! "
