While up to this point my husband and have stayed at VRBOs and local vacation rentals in Yachats, the prices each year have continued to rise. We decided to stay in local lodging and were quite impressed! The Overleaf is clean, well-appointed, with a delicious breakfast. All rooms face the Sea. Our room had wall to wall windows, others have patios. The rooms and common areas are super clean with lovely art and photography throughout. Every staff member has been helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our visit so much, we stayed an additional day.

The room was very clean and the staff was amazing. From front office the housekeeping and other staff members, all kind and considerate. Breakfast I have to say was quite good. I didn’t do the spa but I walked the path behind the hotel and it was beautiful.

We were pleasantly surprised by how lovely the Overleaf Lodge is. Beautiful rooms with outstanding ocean views and an ocean path to stroll and enjoy the scenery. Our room had bathrobes, which were nice to have while visiting the two indoor hot tubs with ocean views. An actual coffee maker was in our room with quality coffee and actual coffee mugs (not styrafoam). The breakfast was a souffle, potatoes, fresh fruit, yogurt, hard-boiled eggs, yogurt and pastries served by staff with actual silverware and plates. Everything seemed to be homemade and was delicious. Beautiful lobby with shop. Staff is friendly and helpful. We even found a squeegie and water bucket in the parking area to clean our car windows from our road trip. We stayed at several hotels on our Oregon coast road trip and believe that we got the most for our money at Overleaf.

We had a bit of issue with EV charger; the staff was responsive and offered different solutions. Through no one's fault, stuff happens sometimes. But the staff was very patient and helpful and we got enough charging; all's well and ended well.
