Amazing property and staff, close to a lot of cool things and ground transportation

We stayed on 29th floor in a triple room. It was a good size big enough for 3 people and had a nice view over the city. The room was clean. The staff were helpful. Direct access from hotel to Sunshine City mall where you can access the metro which is one stop away from main ikebukuro station. I would recommend accessing hotel via the sunshine city mall as this is easier to find. Also the airport bus stops directly outside the hotel so this is an added bonus to a nice stay. Lifts weren't an issue as there are 2 dedicated to the upper floors. Laundry facilities and family mart also available within the hotel. Would recommend this hotel and ikebukuro for a trip to Japan. Shinjuku and Shibuya are both accessible on train within 10 mins

The stay was great just wish house keeping would clean better, sweeping and cleaning the counters or even the bed frames were super dusty.

Stayed here 22 years ago on my honeymoon. Came back with our two sons and it is still a fantastic hotel. Perfect location to see Tokyo with a family. Staff are amazing. The roof top bar is special. Rooms are great and location is perfect.

This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. The property itself is first class in every respect as are the friendly and welcoming staff. I can't wait to return!

Candeo Hotel Omiya was a jewell: Beautiful, modern, gorgeous architecture, wonderful spa, and A+ breakfast.

The location is surrounded by places to eat as well as really closely located near Nippori train station. Very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel!

The layout of the rooms were definitely on the smaller side, but the bed was comfortable and spacious! The bathroom was very nice. The AC worked wonderfully!! we really enjoyed the area. Super convenient to be so close to the train station! Would definitely stay there again!
