Huge room with a great view facing Furano town, and the onsite onsen was great. Shuttle bus to the lift was very convenient and the lobby and complimentary drinks/snacks and laundry was great. The only improvements are that the kitchenette could be better equipped (eg with dish soap/tea towel) and better cleaned, and the pillow was not very comfortable.

Great location close to the ski lift base and village centre. Very clean, well equipped, with a small but adequate lounge upstairs looking out onto the forest, with a small balcony. Staff were very responsive. A very pleasant stay!

The house is small but nice, comfy and well equipped.

A lovely place with an onsen that had all the amenities- sauna, whirlpool etc The soba restaurant had amazing food and the daily different Japanese breakfasts were great. Really helpful and friendly staff who made us really welcome. Rooms were spacious, clean and tidy. Highly recommend this Ryokan Sensyoen!!

Lovely hotel, spotlessly clean, great facilities and helpful and friendly staff. I’d definitely stay here again.

Everything was very convenient and user-friendly. We particularly enjoyed the buffet breakfast, which offered a wide variety of fresh food, and the service was excellent. The onsen was clean, with well-equipped shower facilities. Parking was slightly inconvenient, although the concierge tried their best to make up for it with excellent service.

Great design hotel, amazing location

Very nice hotel and so convenient to the station. My only gripe was adjusting the air conditioning and subsequently dehumidifier to make the room comfortable. Room had no opening window so this was important. The controller was one I hadn’t seen before and too some time to figure out with translator app.

It's very dark when we arrived, but actually just 6.30pm. Staff is so friendly and English support. Great interior, good sleep and well-prepared. I do like the movable partition to separate between shower area and bedroom for privacy when dressing outside the shower booth. Also, help bedroom less noisy from toilet sound. There's no restuarant here, so no breakfast and dinner available at the hotel. Most of restaurants around here are closed when we arrived. However, there's convenient store...

Very nice place Staff are really nice

The apartment is well equipped in the kitchen and The staff is very helpful too.

Very relaxing place as it is far from the busy city life. need to rent a vehicle if you plan on travelling around Furano and Biei area.

Perfect for short stay! Excellent onsen!
