"It was a wonderful stay in the apartment for our family. We enjoyed having a kitchen and space for our family, which we normally would need to book two hotel rooms. We were able to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Communication was responsive, even though all message responses were in Japanese but no issues using google translate."
