Everything was great! The room we stayed in has a great view of the city and was very spaceous! The staff was helpful as well. Will definitely stay in this hotel again in the future. đ
Comfortable room and good breakfast. A convenient city centre location with safe, free parking. The package as a whole was good although a little expensive compared with similar Japanese hotels I use on the same trip.
Loved this hotel! Convenient location (across the street from Asahikawa train station), Hospitable and very helpful staff, and an onsite Onsen!
Great for snow activities with a
Private shuttle to Kamui and a Waxing table with all the equipment in the lobby! You can even purchase your lift ticket at a kiosk located in the lobby.
This place has it all.
Only thing I didn't like was the bed. It wasn't completely uncomfortable but I just couldn't get a full night of sleep on it. Would highly recommend for a first timer in Asahikawa.
I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed by its diverse types of onsen and delicious Japanese-style breakfast. The onsen provided a relaxing retreat, while the breakfast featured delightful options like kaisendon and curry, both of which were fresh and flavorful. The room was spacious for family of 4. Overall, my experience was outstanding, and I will definitely stay here again if I visit this place in the future.
This was a great hotel and the staff were excellent. We have really good service from everyone, but one of the reception desk team was extremely helpful and provided excellent service to us, her name is, Kaori Motohashi. Kaori helped us sort out a parking ticket issue, her English is excellent and she is a credit to your hotel.
The two best things about the hotel are the location - a five-minute walk from the train station - and the onsen, which is commodious and clean. Breakfast is tasty, though they need a bigger space, as it always seemed to be full. Room is small and dark.
Good onsen , nearby shopping mall & restaurants, clean room but bed relatively small. please pay attention for your hotel booking whether you already paid for your baby/ toddler & keep your booking receipt details to show them for check in, otherwise they will ask you to pay for your kids again
We had the family size room which included two western style double beds and two Japanese style futon beds which was quite large by Japanese hotel standards and perfect for our family of four. Our room had a great view of the train tracks which was great for our train-obsessed son. The room was impeccably clean. We loved the Japanese style shower/bath room with great water pressure and seemingly endless supply of hot water. The location of the hotel is very convenient, only a 5 minute walk from the (apparently brand new) Asahikawa train station which includes a food court, grocery store and shopping mall.
Great location close to JR Asahikawa station and amazing breakfast with both Japanese and Western options but the room is really dated. It does not feel fresh, the bathroom is dark and small.
The room was extremely small, with the small double bed against the wall. There was still some long black hair in the bathroom and cobwebs in the room. The massage I had was great tho and the location very convenient. Saying that there are plenty of other hotels near the station, so would not choose to stay there again.
