"Hotel is cosy and quiet. Breakfast is moderate.
The room has a kettle and free tea and coffee.
The full wall window gives a full view of the neighbourhood. Souvenir shop in the hotel and mini market right next door to buy water.
Restaurants are across the street and downtown is a 10 minute walk."

"Unfortunately upon arrival, the receptionist insisted we cancel our Expedia booking and pay them directly in cash. When I refused, this went on back n forth for sometime eventually I was able to check in. I had a local friend who helped talk to the man at reception, who didn't speak a word of English.
The room I checked into stank of cigarettes and had a bad odour of stale cigarettes in the room.

"Fairmont in Amman, and it was a good, comfortable experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel felt clean, safe, and well maintained. The stay was good, though not especially remarkable. Overall, a solid experience, and I’d consider staying there again."

The owner was super nice and gave us recommendations for places to eat and made us an unforgettable breakfast! The rooms are super high quality that gives Jordanian traditional vibe.

Although it is on a main road in Amman this really is an ideal place to stay for a few days. All of the team were extremely helpful and looked after us well. Breakfast is mostly Arabic in style but omelettes are available to order, the restaurant is of a good quality but there are many cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Our driver told us this is known as hungry person street !!
Nice gift shop next door and a carrefour is only a five minute walk
Recommended

The property is directly on the Dead Sea. It has its own little beach which gives you access to the water. They also collect mud from the Dead Sea and leave it at the waters edge for you to use. The hotel is so big it never feels crowded.

Quite possibly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Check in was smooth and I was kindly offered a room upgrade free of charge. The room was impeccable. Spa services were wonderful and my massage was amazing. Room service was definitely the highlight for me, the food was fresh and tasty. I would absolutely stay again and I can’t thank the staff enough for their hospitality.

We had a brilliant time. This camp is really well set up compared to some of the others we saw on our tour. The staff are super friendly and we loved our tour with Hussain.
