We had a brilliant time. This camp is really well set up compared to some of the others we saw on our tour. The staff are super friendly and we loved our tour with Hussain.

Excellent property with excellent welcoming service. Highly recommended

Salim was a great host and interested in ensuring all his guests felt welcome and knew what activity options are available. Great food and great location for a couple of nights. Easy to find with welcome and guide from Wadi Rum visitor centre.

Everything was great. Staff were fantastic in their service especially Abdelrazik, Ghofran, Bilal and Jamaica. Each in their own way.

The hotel was amazing, from the staff to the food the rooms, cleanliness the beach

Staff were exceptionally good. Every single staff member we came across was polite, welcoming and helpful. The hotel was clean and well maintained. Good food options. Have to make a special mention for the pool bar team who we found cheerful and attentive. Highly recommend this hotel.

The food was excellent, and the staff were exceptionally warm, friendly, and professional — especially Ega from the restaurant and Maryam at reception. I would also like to highlight Star Tabarak, who works in the PlayStation area. My kids absolutely fell in love with her — she is truly magnificent, knowledgeable, and caring.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Allowed us to check into our rooms early breakfast pretty good. Nice big rooms large beds and good balconies.

We had a lovely stay. We were welcomed and able to check in to our room early. We were given excellent recommendations by Amer of where to go snorkelling and he took my partner out diving. Perfect stay for a couple. The pools are 5m and 2m deep so would not be good for children but I had a lovely swim. Was very relaxing. We had a car so could easily drive in to Aqaba for dinner in 10-15 mins. Would recommend to couples who want to do some snorkelling/diving

Whilst this property has a few things that would benefit from tidying up, or modernising, and the dining options are limited, it is the team themselves who make this a great stay and a really good, reasonably priced, conveniently situated hotel in Aqaba. The team at this hotel, and especially the management, are well spoken, polite, supportive, and prepared to go every extra mile that they can to support their guests. There is a good level of English language spoken for non-Arabic speakers,...

A wonderful Oasis to arrive at. Balcony, clean comfy rooms and larger room size. Outstanding service from staff - plan to head back soon
