"The property is very nice, clean, the staffs are very friendly, nice & and helpful. They also have a tour guide who is very trustworthy, friendly, good person, and very kind his nama is Abdullah Al Zoubi he was our tour guide to Petra, Wadi Rum, Bethany, Jarash & Roman Theater. He also pi ked us up from the airport and dopped us off to the airport. The people we met at this Hotel are very friendly, nice, warm & kind.. i recommend this place"

Otherwise, located on a quiet street, with good security and great view of the Citadel. We stayed in the Ajloun Forrest suite. Will definitely come and stay here again. "

"It was a budget flat as I thought, I booked it for 3 nights only to sleep as I was busy during the day. Great and very friendly staff, Salem, and very helpful. The flat I had got one bedroom, twins beds, despite requesting a double bed, a kitchen, lounge, and bathroom. The single mattress wasn’t the most comfortable but okay ish. Location was good for me, close to where I needed to go, parking was easy outside but was coming back between 12.00am and 1am. But I could see parking was very busy...

"Checked in to what was a room that had been used by someone else and not cleaned. All owner was going to do was change the bed sheets. Awful. There were men hanging around outside the bedroom door so as a party of female travellers it felt really unsafe. We didn’t stay the night because of these things. - also, not convenient for airport of much else. "
