I was a tourist from the US. This hotel was spacious and clean. The staff was very helpful. I needed to add an extra night to my stay and they were very helpful and accommodating. One of the staff workers, Nabil, was nice and helpful. I would highly recommend staying here. The rooms were big comfortable and the price was great. They offered transportation services as well if need be.

Fair deal

This hotel is ok. Staff is friendly and helpful. My apartment was fine bit I regrettes not to have if only a small table. The site indicates that laundry is possible, but only large family rooms have washing machines. The area is quiet though quite lively not far. Decent breakfast. Overall maybe a bit pricy?

Found lots of hair on our bed, clearly was not changed Very poor breakfast - only a few items Rude restaurant manager One of the reception staff also quite pushy and rude Definitely not 4 star hotel - perhaps 3 star I left my luggage with them on last day, luggage was damaged/ cracked with force, I knew there was no point complaining, the receptionist will not care.

Vistelsen började dåligt då ni inte hade skickat mejlet att de skulle hämtat oss på flygplatsen, men dom fixade det tack vare vi ringde och vi blev 2 timmar försenade. På hotellet var dom hjälpsamma och vänliga.

Super séjour de 3 nuits dans cet appart-hôtel! Tout le personnel est accueillant et discret, Nabil est adorable. Super petit-déjeuner en terrasse au dernier étage. Bonne situation, un conseil, partir à pied pour découvrir Amman et revenir en taxi 2 dinars. Très bonne prise en charge pour retour à l'aéroport. (pour info possibilité location auto) Tout était parfait, on a terminé notre circuit en beauté

We only stayed here 1 night, and it ended up only being for a few hours rest before we got up for our 430am flight but the property was great. The guy at the front desk was so accommodating and helpful, he set us up with a taxi to the airport at 2am, a wake up call to be sure we didn’t miss it and even help us print off a document we need to travel. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It’s a little further out from the main area of Amman but it seemed like it wouldn’t be too far of a walk to get anywhere. It was a little noisy because of the location being so close to a mosque but it would be hard to find a quiet place to sleep in Amman haha. It was just what we needed and a pleasant stay

The location was great and the staff was excellent. The only thing was the property was a bit older than shown in the pictures. Other than that we had a great time. There are many places to walk to right next to the hotel. The front desk is always very helpful and there is always someone there. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was also good.

Great place for a family

The stay was comfortable with ample space for my 2 teenage children. Location is awesome and the buffet breakfast was excellent. The front staff are very responsive and helpful. I will highly recommend.

Shams was a good place to layover for the night coming back from Wadi Rum to fly back to the U.S. the next day. Cleanliness could have been a bit better. There was a faint scent of cigarette smoke in the 2 bedroom apartment we stayed in. I am very sensitive to smoke, so this was quite noticeable. We did not enjoy the continental breakfast in the morning, but it was enough for us to make it to the flight. Overall, we still would recommend Sham al Weibdeh for a night or two while you are laying over in Amman. The apartments are spacious, and clean enough.

In a great neighbourhood for cafes, restaurants & near to a great contemporary art gallery. The staff are very welcoming & helpful. Breakfast was great with good selection. Ask for a room on the front as they are much lighter with a big window.

bel apart-hôtel , situé à 20-30mn de marche de la citadelle (ça grimpe!), des restos et bars sympa dans les 10-20mn.
