Everything was good

Centrally located hotel with very good breakfast option

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They provided a tea on arrival and then showed us to our room. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great. It was perfectly located in downtown Amman, close to some of the highlights of the city.

There are so many great things about this hotel, it's difficult to know where to begin. Firstly, the rooms and services are those of a much higher rated hotel. The rooms are all new, clean and comfortable with all the amenities like satellite TV, fridge, 24-hour reception and towels shaped as swans. The staff are second to none. It's a family run hotel and you get a warm feeling. They're very polite, friendly and welcoming. Really keen for you to make the most of your stay and visit to...

Perfect location and good manager (susan) was v helpful

Very nice value hotel in downtown whilst decor is somewhat dated the service was great & location is ideal to get to all the main sites. Hotel was very clean.

Good location and very fairly priced. Had all that I needed for my stay and was very kindly upgraded to a better room, would recommend

.

The staff was amazing at this hostel, they are very open and give you insight into what to watch out for whilst in Amman, the room is what you pay for and I’d definitely say it’s for travellers wanting to spend more time exploring the city than lounging in the hotel.

Great location, very good room, really helpful staff

Really liked the hotel - perfect for solo travel
