"We had a wonderful stay at this Hotel. The place was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and very well prepared for our arrival. Abduallah was welcoming, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The location was excellent and made it easy for us to enjoy our visit to Petra. "The biggest reasons for my poor review were that they did not ever clean the room while we were there, despite being asked and that much of what was promised online (rooftop, lobby lounge, satellite tv) were not actually provided. Other than breakfast, it is a bare-basics place. Clean room to start with, not much more."
