Excellent hotel, staff really help when they can. I felt this hotel was brilliantly placed, there are close shops, restaurants etc. It's a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. As far as accommodation in Tel Aviv goes I consider it excellent value. The breakfast is typical Israeli, they offer free coffee/snacks throughout the day and free wine too. Roof terrace is pretty empty most days which is great to catch the sun but when you don't want to go to the busy beach. There were a few problems but...

This place is on the expensive side but it is simply the best room for the price I have stayed in anywhere in the world. It's the first place I genuinely can't wait to return to. Excellent room and tasteful design. Very good restaurant and bar. Great building. Attentive staff. Note that the hotel may not be suited for older guests due to the busy bar restaurant but a great choice if you are young (or at least at heart!) Full marks.

Hotel is an amazing restoration of a 175 year old American hotel in Tel Aviv. Absolutely gorgeous down to the last detail. Staff is gracious and friendly-we were there New Year’s Eve and were welcomed by events manager Karen to the NYE party thrown by the hotel. Manager Jeremy was very helpful, had a problem with noise coming from one of the floors, he dealt with it . Breakfast good, property excellent location, clean, few minutes walk to shopping at mamilla. Superior room was big enough with balcony but downside was two separate beds not one double, but I knew about that before I booked and that was all that was available. . Other than that nothing to complain about and would stay there again. Great little find if you dont want a pool etc.
