Great stays for locals

Hotel designed for locals to scape to. They are not used to having international guests. There was very limited English spoken or understood by staff, strict Kosher and Shabot practices, several small things missing you’d expect from a high end international hotel like easy access room service, online restaurant menus, online or printed out complete activities schedule, and general service availability hours posted.

Nous avons choisi cet hotel pour sa piscine. L'eau étant fraiche quant au jacuszzi l'eau est toujours trop chaude. C'est domage car du tout cet hotel perd de son interêt

Ultimate in relaxation, comfort and good food!

Most relaxing stay. Friendly service. Excellent food, grounds and spa. After an unavoidable small accident at breakfast, staff rushed to assist, note details. Hotel security and the PR manager Jacob took notes and were extremely attentive to feedback even refunding the breakfast charge and giving us a small gift when we checked out. Impressive?

Amazing hotel, pampering, very friendly staff. The hotel has a luxurious spa and the pool area is clean and maintained. The staff takes care of constant care, cleanliness and well-being of the guests. The restaurant has a variety of food.

Practically perfect.

Practically perfect. Comfort at every turn, in a serene atmosphere. You might come for the spa, but it's worth a trip just for the food, which is absolutely outstanding.

Ein Auge lacht sehr herzlich! und das andere weint

Das essen am Zmorgen und auch am Abend war hervorragend. Enorm grosses Buffet und gute Service. Das Zimmer war ein extra gutes (und teueres) Zimmer für 2 aber es hatte keine 2 Stühle und den Platz in den Schranken für Kleider war viel zu klein

Amazing!

I had a wonderful vacation. The pools and facilities are lovely and the views are beautiful. The staff are friendly and helpful. Especially "UDI" the manager, who went out of his way to accommodate my request for a wine tasting in English with their sommelier. The breakfast was fabulous and the dinner was delicious. Thank you for a wonderful stay at Cramim- my happy place in Jerusalem!

The place sure has a luxurious atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, good sound insulation, and great view. A big variety at the breakfast buffet, the eggs are served per order (We had the poached eggs Benedict), deserts are somewhat disappointing. Dinner is a different story, As my wife does not eat any sea products including fish, the variety of meat options was very limited for a hotel of its high class. The meat dishes were tasteless, unseasoned and unless requested, were all at rare doneness state. Overall, the dinner was not worth neither the experience nor the price.

Beautiful spa, wonderful rooms. While staff was very friendly, there were a number of times where they “handed off” a question or an issue that they could have resolved on their own instead of referring us to another department. Also there were many different coffee choices in the room but zero tea choices so could not get tea when the restaurant was closed.

The room was spacious and beautifully appointed, featuring a comfortable bed, plush linens, and a balcony that offered breathtaking views of the surrounding vineyards and hills. Every detail was meticulously thought out, ensuring maximum comfort and convenience. The indoor pool, surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows, provided a serene environment to unwind, while the outdoor pool allowed me to bask in the sun and enjoy the fresh air. Dining at the hotel was a culinary delight. The breakfast buffet was a feast for the senses, with a variety of fresh, locally-sourced dishes that catered to every palate. We paid a lot of money to stay in the hotel and the spa was full so we didn’t have the chance to use it. If we should have called first that’s ok but no one let us know. Furthermore, the air conditioning didn’t work all night and the room was very hot so we couldn’t sleep well. We expected to have a much better experience compering to the amount of money we paid.

Room 319 , Franco. The stay was very nice. Two issues you should know about. First the bathtub drain is clogged and when taking a shower water accumulates and drains very slowly. After a shower there was 5 inches of water. that's something that housekeeping should have seen and reported to maintenance. When we where leaving, I was standing by the front desk that manager asked if he could help me. I said that yes I needed to pay for my massage and I wanted yo speak to him about the tub and another matter involving the increase in tax. He told me to pay first because there was no line and he would be right back. I did pay and he never came back to speak with me. I ask the front desk person and said he didn't know where he went and didn't seen to want to help me locate him. I never was able to speak with him. this is a stain on my stay and it's your issue now I trust you will address it accordingly. Thank you, Steven Franco
