Really friendly welcome even though we were late arriving. Rooms are stylish, modern and clean. We only stayed one night as we were moving to a resort the next day but would definitely visit again.

This is a new hotel. Room was lovely - huge with beautiful views and a private hot tub on the very large balcony. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

From the point of booking, the owner of Vegga suites made contact with us and was very attentive. Even walked to greet us on arrival at 5am, made reservations at a restaurant he recommended and was in his words “at our disposal” during our stay in Crete even after we left Heraklion to move to our beach holiday. This is a small complex in a residential area being renovated. The property is immaculate with a quiet and uncrowded pool area with outdoor kitchen. The beach and some wonderful restaurants are a 15 minute easy walk away.

Loved the modern design and well equipped room. Convenient location, only an easy twenty minute walk to the city centre. Plenty of restaurants and coffee shops within 2 minutes of the hotel. Easy ten minute walk to catch direct local bus to Knossos, you don't need an expensive tour bus, as I went for the eight am opening to miss the crowds and had left by ten am when all the tour busses turn up.

Our stay at Envy was amazing. From the moment we arrived when we greeted by Angela with a big smile, we knew that our stay was going to be lovely. We were not disappointed to say the least. Lovely hotel, very peaceful but near town. Staff wonderful, breakfast great and we had 2 evening meals as well. Room was spotlessly clean. Our room had its own pool, which was lovely. Well placed for exploration - we hired a car and saw the whole north coast in 5 days. Very relaxing holiday !

Very near the old quarter, about 10 mins walk. nice comfy room. Felt very safe. Reception very friendly and helpful.

We arrived after a late flight into Heraklion, the welcome was warm with the offer of a cold welcome beer. The room was more than we expected woth plenty of space and good amenities. Morning arrived and we had a fabulous breakfast out on the deck admiring the view over the valley. We only spent a night here bit wish we could have had 1 more. Highly reccomended

Stunning views, such a warm welcome and great home cooked food

The hotel is at the top of a hill of a golf course with panoramic, amazing views and luxurious, spacious suites. Very elegant decorations and the staff is super friendly! If you want quiet and serenity, this is a good place to find it!

We were the only guests and were very well looked after.first rate Cretian breakfast. Bed linen changed after two days. We used their Taverna in the evenings. I would say a car is a must. The olive oil,wines (red and White House ,herbs and capers all home produced including the Rakl. Pretty easy to go north or as the main road is only minutes away, views are fantastic.
