This is a new hotel. Room was lovely - huge with beautiful views and a private hot tub on the very large balcony. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Really friendly welcome even though we were late arriving. Rooms are stylish, modern and clean. We only stayed one night as we were moving to a resort the next day but would definitely visit again.

This is a small complex in a residential area being renovated. The property is immaculate with a quiet and uncrowded pool area with outdoor kitchen. The beach and some wonderful restaurants are a 15 minute easy walk away.

From the point of booking, the owner of Vegga suites made contact with us and was very attentive. Even walked to greet us on arrival at 5am, made reservations at a restaurant he recommended and was in his words “at our disposal” during our stay in Crete even after we left Heraklion to move to our beach holiday. Loved the modern design and well equipped room. Convenient location, only an easy twenty minute walk to the city centre. Plenty of restaurants and coffee shops within 2 minutes of the hotel. Easy ten minute walk to catch direct local bus to Knossos, you don't need an expensive tour bus, as I went for the eight am opening to miss the crowds and had left by ten am when all the tour busses turn up.

Our stay at Envy was amazing. From the moment we arrived when we greeted by Angela with a big smile, we knew that our stay was going to be lovely. We were not disappointed to say the least. We arrived after a late flight into Heraklion, the welcome was warm with the offer of a cold welcome beer. The room was more than we expected woth plenty of space and good amenities. Morning arrived and we had a fabulous breakfast out on the deck admiring the view over the valley. We only spent a night here bit wish we could have had 1 more. Highly reccomended
