Great apartment, clean and good size, very comfortable for family of 2 adults and 2 children. Would recommend to anyone staying in Heraklion. Easy access to centre and bus to Knossos.

Really friendly welcome even though we were late arriving. Rooms are stylish, modern and clean. We only stayed one night as we were moving to a resort the next day but would definitely visit again.

This is a new hotel. Room was lovely - huge with beautiful views and a private hot tub on the very large balcony. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

This is a small complex in a residential area being renovated. The property is immaculate with a quiet and uncrowded pool area with outdoor kitchen. The beach and some wonderful restaurants are a 15 minute easy walk away.

Stunning views, such a warm welcome and great home cooked food

Our stay at Maison Meltem in Crete was absolutely perfect from start to finish! The moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the hosts, who truly made us feel like part of their family. Their kindness and genuine hospitality made our time here really great. The property itself is beautiful — stylish, spotless, and thoughtfully designed with every comfort in mind. But the real magic is in the breathtaking view — overlooking the sea, it’s simply spectacular. We spent hours just admiring the...

great.

Was beautiful, breakfast was lovely and staff were kind.

This hotel caters for all ages. It is spotlessly clean and well maintained in a good central location for all sightseeing needs. It has a blue flag beach and plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas for all. There are 3 pools of varying sizes and 1 is heated, we went early season so none were crowded. The food is buffet style plentiful, fresh and of a good variety so even after a week you have had a different meal every day. They are not that hot on getting deserts right though with the exception...

Stayed from 3/8/15 to 15/8/15, all inclusive. Great staff, great facilities, great location, hotel has private beach with a decent number of sunbeds. Although I have food allergies I could have a substantial meal at each sitting, chef being very helpful with advising as to ingredients of each dish. Whether you prefer the beach or the pool for lounging, get out there early as the hotel was predominantly occupied by French and German guests who seem to have an ethos of put your towel on the sunbed...

Nice hotel within walking distance of several restaurants.

We arrived late in the evening, so couldn't really see much or explore. The next morning however - WOW, the hotel is situated on an outcrop of rock, the sea views are amazing and due to the location you can see and hear it from several parts of the complex. The staff are really nice, helpful and happy, food was excellent, plentiful and tasty with a varied selection. Salads were cold and meat was hot - so all good there. Our room was spacious and clean, with a great sea view. The atmosphere is...

Amazing hotel, staff at the hot is wonderful, everyone is so nice, helpful, supportive, friendly and funny. We had the best time and feel sad to leave! Our room was cleaned regularly and towels were changed all the time. Shower and water is great. BREAKFASTS are so good, we loved everything. The best thing is the swimming pool area and magical garden. Its 100 out of 10!!!

Arolithos were nothing but accommodating the entire time we were staying. The rooms, the service, the food and outdoor facilities were fantastic. We couldn't recommend this place enough!

We returned almost a week ago after having a fantastic holiday at this hotel. The staff are very welcoming, hotel is kept clean, wide range of food available, always managed to get a sunbed, nice walk to three beaches. Various evening entertainment, the kids enjoyed some of the daytime activities. All in all we would love to return to this hotel!

Lovely family-fun hotel. The room was nice with three beds, a sink, fridge and a balcony. The shower worked fine and wifi downstairs was good. The pool was excellent, clean and with a good range of depth. The host was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good value and drinks were available from the fridges throughout.
