"I have stayed at this hotel in the past, and the amenities were great. They said that because of covid-19, everything was closed. The restaurants, the spa, the pool, the bars, the gym, the concierge, even some of the entrances to the hotel were all closed. Other hotels seemed to be open and operational. "The views were amazing, and the hotel’s beachfront location was fantastic. The only inconvenience was a ceiling leak in our bathroom. After reporting it to the front desk, we were moved to a different room within 24 hours, which we appreciated. Our original room was also a bit dusty, and some surfaces did not appear to have been thoroughly cleaned. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, but I wish the condition of the room had been better. Overall, the location and views were the highlights of our experience."
