"Resort was empty, it was nice. Had the pool to myself pretty much all the time. Only downside is that the pool bar was closed (because of how empty the property is). Nice rooms, clean, balcony was nice with an awesome view of the ocean."

"Check in and check out experience was great! Staff at the front desk and engineering were very friendly and made us feel welcome. We were sad to see that the lights on the trees near the water park were gone. We always look forward to seeing them when we go to PIC and it made that area look very beautiful."

The accommodations were beautifully prepared, the service was impeccable, and every request was handled promptly and graciously. What impressed us most was the sincere commitment to making us feel comfortable, valued, and truly at home. This was much more than a hotel stayโit was an experience of genuine hospitality at its finest. Our family was extremely happy, and this will certainly be one of our preferred places for future family celebrations and special occasions. "Nice hotel and friendly staff. Great location. Only negative is their AC in the rooms. Very lacking. Moved rooms and it was not much better and this is the 2nd time Iโve stayed there and had the same issue."

"1. Friendly staff but somewhat inexperienced The hotelโs check-in time was 3 p.m., so I left my luggage and went out for a late meal. When I returned around 4 p.m., I was told the room was not yet ready. Strangely, the printed slip showed that my room had been changed from the 10th floor to the 8th floor. It felt as though my original room had been given to someone else and I was reassigned to a room that wasnโt prepared. After waiting about 15 minutes, I finally went to the room, but the key didnโt work. It turned out the key hadnโt been registered properly, so I had to get new ones. The problems didnโt end thereโby 10 p.m. I realized the air conditioning wasnโt cooling properly, so I reported the issue and was moved to another room. The staff were kind enough, but overall their handling felt inexperienced. 2. Clean hotel but inconvenient due to construction The facility on the beach side in front of the hotel was under construction, which meant direct access from the lobby to the beach was blocked. If I were the manager, I would have created a temporary passage, but instead it was completely closed off, forcing guests to exit the hotel and walk around the wall to reach the beach. On top of that, the beach itself was poorly maintained. Even during construction, I believe the beach should still be managed. The room itself was clean, with tiled floors that made it easy to use after water activities without worrying about dripping water."
