"Customer service is impeccable! Lovely guy sorted it all for us and even let us use hotel pool after checkout as flight so late. Please book this is a fabulous villa, great pool, can walk to restaurants and a little “strip”. We hired a car for beaches and trips but loads of scooter hire places too. No loud nightlife, go to Paradise Cafe for excellent service and great prices greek food. "

"This was the worst place I have stayed in, bar none. I booked what was advertised as a 3* accommodation, and was a 1* at best. There was even a notice in the room confirming this. The property is obviously being rundown, with an old couple supposedly in charge. None of the advertised amenities were open, so no bars or drinks or food at all. The pool wasn't maintained or cleaned at all. The rooms were dirty and never cleaned , so no sweeping, mopping, or cleaning of the kitchen area or bathroom...

"We paid a pretty reasonable price for this beaitiful hotel. Facilities are new and clean. The spa is small but very nice , they only take 6 people per time. The hotel is not in the seafront as I thought but it has its own sun loungers/bar services at the rethymno beach which is one small block away. We had half board booking and the breakfast buffet was very good with great variety of food. Dinner buffet was okay, not the best food we've had in hotel buffets but also not terrible. "This hotel has the makings of a great place to holiday. It is close to the resort, just a five minute walk on the flat. The rooms are adequate, may be not 4* and quite dark, certainly not as they appear on the website. Breakfast is ok but is the same every day and after a week is a bit repetitive. Bathrooms great as not all in Greece are. Main letdown was the sunbeds which were very uncomfortable and need replacing to a 4* hotel standard. There isnt enough of them either, but there isn't...
