This hotel is closed to Europe square, it nex to everything, shopping, restaurants. Beautiful and new hotel. The staff was so friendly and very welcome. The general manager was amazing woman and very friendly. We really enjoyed and surely to be back. I really recommend this great hotel.

Excellent hotel and staff. Taking the working hotel to hotel gondola was a highlight with dinner on top. Ana at breakfast was the friendliest manager I have met. A credit to the hotel!

This is a wonderful hotel, not only for the brand new state of the art, air-conditioned room, and incredible buffet breakfast, which also served as lunch, but mostly for the kindly and attentive staff. Nothing was too much trouble. We arrived on an early flight and were greeted with coffee and pastries. We had a lovely stay in this great hotel. The rooms were really comfy with high end bedding and lovely sunny balconies. The pool had a lovely sun terrace and we enjoyed sunset cocktails on the rooftop terrace. The breakfast buffet was excellent and there was a nice terrace to sit out on. The hotel is 10 minutes walk out of town, but there is an excellent free shuttle that will take you into town or to walk trailheads and runs all the time, even back from restaurants at night - all available to...

New hotel in Telavi. Staff were very friendly and eager to please. Swimming Pool, Saua , Steam room and relaxation area was lovely with a great view. Room was nicely laid out with a balcony overlooking the castle. Breakfast was good though pricey. We ate at one of the two restaurants which was a pleasant experience. A good base for visiting the Kakheti wine area.

Well located property close to Freedom square .. we booked a suite for the family and it was really big and comfortable . They were very prompt with our tv not working and sorted it . Nice breakfast too . Would recommend it .

We really enjoyed our three night stay in this hotel, the room was quite spacious and breakfasts were the best we had in a two week stay in several places in Georgia. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout. We were on the second floor and had a partial city view- a room on the 3rd floor may offer a better view.

Owners super friendly and really try to make you feel at home. Prepared breakfast sandwiches for us night before as we had to leave very early. Room generally very nice with modern decor.

Clean, a big room which was soundproof, extremely comfortable bed. Nice breakfast. Fabulously friendly reception staff. Great Sky bar with really attentive staff.

The hotel is incredible. The design aesthetic is second to none, and no expense has been spared to make this the perfect place to stay in Tbilisi. I have to make special mention for the hotel staff who were incredibly attentive and would put most 5 star hotels in other cities to shame. A final mention goes to the quality of the food which was incredible. I loved every moment of my stay here and would highly recommend it..!!
