"The location is amazing, too many activities near the apartment. Best place to stay with family. However, 1. The hotel has to be renovated urgently. 2. Furniture is old, 3. Towels are mostly torn 4. "I was surprised how nice, clean and comfortable the hotel. If you ski ,especially with kids, it’s your place. All the resort is very well planned, ski slopes are very easy to access, skating rink is just steps from the hotel. Big and nice restaurants are down and up. The breakfast was tasty and diverse. I highly recommend the Crystal hotel."
