"What a lovely hotel! Beautiful and relaxing entryway sets the tone for your stay. The bed is very comfortable and the shower is amazing (strong pressure, clean, all amenities). Within steps of the subway and easy walk or bus ride to many neighborhoods and main sights. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend to all USA travelers."

"Convenient location. Just look for central exit from JR station and u can see the Osaka tower. Hotel is just few blocks next to Osaka tower. Opposite the hotel is the bus station and we take bus 206 to Gion and few places of interest. More convenient than taking trains. "

"The entire experience in this hotel was one for the books. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly; despite seeing how busy they are, they maintain their smiles. They make sure every guest is satisfied and comfortable. We did not want to anywhere during our stay. The relaxing onsen, massage chairs, unlimited ice cream were reason enough..not to mention the array of traditional Japanese breakfast (if that is your thing). There are other food options available too. Property is walking distance to Kyoto Station. Room is spacious compared to other hotels. "

"We were there for seven nights and found the hotel to be a delight. The hotel was modern, clean and conviently located. We were within walking distance of several of the shopping districts and key tourist destination, including the Kamo River, which is just a block away. There are several popular convience stores nearby and a plethora of restaurants to chose from. Transportation is plentiful and easily accessible whether you desire train, bus or taxi service. The staff were friendly, courteous and helpful and the rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. We were very happy with our stay and would stay there again. We will be recommending this hotel to friends and family. For those planning to travel light, there are no do it yourself laundry facilities on the property; however, there is a quiet NetCafe/Laundry/Manga Library just a short alley way away."
