Right opposite Hakata station , 2 stops on the subway from the airport and there is a subway exit straight to the hotel elevators Easy check in , room spacious for 3 , separate toilet to bathroom , bath and shower and all the amenities you could want . Breakfast was a good choice of a buffet , swimming pool ok . We did do some trips via Klook and they pick up right opposite the hotel so a great location for that . Would recommend .

The hotel was just amazing. We stayed for our honeymoon and were treated so well. The staff made us feel so special. The rooms are amazing and the rooftop hot tub was a real joy to wake up to. Could not recommend enough!

hotel is amazingly located in the main shopping street of kumamoto making kombinis, shops, food options and transport links at an abundance!! the hotel is extremely organised and clean, check in was smooth with the kindest staff always willing to help. the room is small and i struggled to open a large suitcase however it has everything you need. there are free drinks available in the lobby daily from 2-10pm, the breakfast buffet is the best i’ve ever experienced - so clean, yummy and always well...

Really nice hotel and staff, we didn’t have breakfast so no comment on this. Room nice and usual Japanese standard. We used the Onsen but wow! It was REALLY HOT! we did wonder why it was empty, now we know! Please make it cooler as it’s barely useable at the temperature we experienced. Other than this it’s an excellent hotel.

Very central, although on a busy Main Street there was no noise heard from the room. Room was an adequate size, larger than some stayed in Japan previously. There was a good use of space. Washer dryer was the main reason we booked this hotel - great. Handy to have it in the room. Breakfast had plenty of options, mostly fish or meat. A few select vegetarian options.

Such a lovely modern hotel. Decent size room with a view over the station which my husband loved. Good comfortable bed and very clean indeed. Staff spoke excellent English and were so helpful. Great location right by the shinkansen and JR station as well as Kokura itself. Would stay again.

Great hotel, brilliant location and the breakfast was one of the best of the whole trip, with multiple options and delivered quickly. I would highly recommend this to anyone visiting Fukuoka!
