The hotel was just amazing. We stayed for our honeymoon and were treated so well. The staff made us feel so special. The rooms are amazing and the rooftop hot tub was a real joy to wake up to. Could not recommend enough!

We left our passport in the safe and went to the airport. The staff found it and brought to the airport. Excellent!

Lovely resort hotel . Our room was enormous, the pool was relaxing and breakfast was amazing - so much choice and all really fresh . It’s a bit out of the city but there are local buses and train on the doorstep and a free shuttle bus too. We came to see Fukuoka and have a rest from Tokyo . The hotel was great for both. Only downside for us was no vegetarian option at Dinner so we ate in Fukuoka .

I like good design so I just had to stay at Il Palazzo at the end of my two week trip to Kyushu. It’s stunning. The attention to detail throughout was remarkable. My room was spacious and comfortable, with pretty much everything I might need. The staff were attentive and polite. Just one complaint - buffet lunch and dinner, which was included in the rate. It was essentially the same food, and none of it was Japanese. The desserts were pretty good, but otherwise it was a fairly limited, snacky...

Clean room, wonderful staff, nice relaxed location. Perfect Japan.

We had a small issue in the room, but Masahito Yoshitake-san assisted us and followed up our case until it was resolved. It only took a few days and was a minor issue. But we felt like we were given a lot of attention for it and deeply appreciate the fix and follow up. We were checked into the hotel for 1 week and had access to the lounge for breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening drinks. The Club breakfast was mostly the same, rotating only a few things. But I did have their freshly made egg...
