The hotel was just amazing. We stayed for our honeymoon and were treated so well. The staff made us feel so special. The rooms are amazing and the rooftop hot tub was a real joy to wake up to. Could not recommend enough!

A well run hotel with excellent staff and amenities

Excellent breakfast.

We left our passport in the safe and went to the airport. The staff found it and brought to the airport. Excellent!

Clean room, wonderful staff, nice relaxed location. Perfect Japan.

I like good design so I just had to stay at Il Palazzo at the end of my two week trip to Kyushu. It’s stunning. The attention to detail throughout was remarkable. We were checked into the hotel for 1 week and had access to the lounge for breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening drinks. The Club breakfast was mostly the same, rotating only a few things. But I did have their freshly made egg...

• Excellent value for the price. • Room sizes reflect typical Japanese accommodations—small and efficient, but packed with essential, functional, and awesome amenities. • The staff were incredibly helpful with absolutely everything; nothing was impossible for them. • Breakfast: decent Japanese hotel breakfast. Like other places absolutely no fruit The shuttle service from the station is well described, easy to take, and saves you loads of money in cab, should feature this whilst comparing...
