"We had a great stay at this property. It was our first time visiting an Excellence resort and we had a great time! We have stayed at many all inclusive resort brands and things that we appreciated with Excellence were. 1. no sales pitch to join a club. 2. we did a couples treatment at their spa (it was great) and no upselling at the end for expensive lotions and creams. 3. Premium liquors and quality bar tenders. We will definitely visit Excellence again at one of their locations next year. "

"This place is really nice but big! If you have kids bring strollers and be prepared to walk a lot. The food was good, we loved Skura restaurant the best, thank you to our butler Franklin for getting us reservations and helping us with our needs at the resort. The buffet has a lot of good options too. We were there 4 days and didn't get bored of the food. The room was clean and beds were comfortable, I will says the bathroom wasn't our favorite. It's remodeled but poorly done. The shower door doesn't close properly or stay closed. Toilet is a floating toilet and made nose everytime you sat on it. Bathtub faucet was so hard to use with washing little kids, should have added a spray head handle. Anyway this is minor, the beach is nice and relaxing. We enjoyed our stay "

"Beautiful Resort! However, the first day our room had a very bad smell, we notified front desk representative of the issue and we were moved to an upgraded room at midnight. This is a Family hotel kid-friendly resort with adult only accommodations on one side. If you don’t select adult only at time of reservation you will be provided with a room on the family side with all the guests with small children. All shows are for Families, no adults only shows. You will party with the families and their children. The spa is nice but very expensive, the staff was really nice."

"Breathless punta Cuna was excellent. Superior customer service and the food was great too. A variety of restaurants to choose from. The entertainment was top-tier as well, a very diverse entertainment crew. Our concierge Edwin was phenomenal and the Bellman Freddy helped us out with anything we needed. One small thing the hot tubs need to be updated."
