"El lugar es muy bonito y bien ubicado. Sin embargo el personal y los servicios no fueron buenos. Había muchísimo polvo al punto de causar alergias. De igual manera al momento del check in no había nadie esperando. Cuando llegamos nos dijeron que el restaurante iba a estar abierto hasta las 9 pm, fuimos a las 8:15 y ya habían cerrado la cocina, por lo que toco salir del lugar a buscar restaurante en Ibarra. "We arrived at the airport at 2 am and were so thankful to see the airport shuttle driver waiting for us!! It was a short 5 minute ride to the hotel. Even though we were only going to be here a few hours it was nice to have a place to shower and nap before our morning flight out. Staff was waiting for us to check in. All worked very smoothly. Shuttle in the morning worked out great as well."
