Also they welcome you with a nice fruit juice! We accidentally left some jewelry behind, and the housekeeping staff found it so quickly and they brought it to us before the shuttle left! "Everything at Oro Verde Hotel Guayaquil is great, however I’m having a lot of difficulty in obtaining a refund for a future night that I cancelled. The front desk at the Hotel are very helpful, the issue is with Expedia and another on-line company that secured the reservation that I paid in full."
