"I checked into your hotel after getting out of the hospital for heat stroke. I collapsed in your hotel. The dark haired girl at desk basically got me to bed. Then I also was in a really difficult situation w a broken down rental car and an inept rental co. Enterprise. Your staff was put thru last minute decisions. The rental co backed out of their promise for paying my bill. To the rental car co making me leave at 3 pm. W no car and no decision til after the last second. me Your front staff was stressed and stretched thin but held their professionalism took care of my needs. I am sooo sorry to have made my mess theirs. "
