Lovely hotel, very clean and comfortable, staff are so welcoming and can't do enough for you. Never experienced that level of service in any hotel I've stayed in.
Staff were just amazing from reception, to cleaner, the bell boys were also amazing, my only slight criticism would be at breakfast, you have to order your eggs, that really should have been conveyed in advance so you don't fill your plate with food, then realise you have to wait 10 mins for your eggs. But apart from that the hotel and...

Always issues with check-in with Angia.
Team is not professional.
I was asked to leave the apartment I checked in to after I had checked in for 2 hours already.
They didn’t send me back my money.

Thuy was excellent communicator, easy to deal with and responsive. The place had everything including a washing machine (no dryer though). Has only 1 AC control, but it would control both bedroom and lounge AC. The place had everything needed to make a comfortable stay.
